RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, providing an unboxing video is mandatory to report any damage to the purchased products. The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process (from breaking the package seal to the end) without edits, cuts, or filters. Without this proof, return requests will be immediately declined. Products damaged due to mishandling cannot be refunded. If the return is approved, the product must be in its original condition with all packaging, including jewelry boxes. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the returned product is received.​
